Coolom Games | Fan Merch Policy

This policy covers fan-made merchandise based on our games, made and sold by individual fans and artists. It doesn't apply to our official store, which is run directly by Coolom Games.

What You CAN Do

Sell at physical and local spaces. You are free to sell your fan-made Dating Killmulator merch at conventions, artist alleys, fairs, small personal online shops, and independent local shops.
Use your own original artwork. You must be the creator and rights holder of the designs you are selling (and they must comply with the section below).

What You CANNOT Do

No official game assets. You cannot use any images, logos, or sprites straight from the game. Everything must be your own creation. (If you don't know how to draw, commission a human artist and support your local creative communities!)
No AI-generated content. You cannot sell any product that uses AI-generated art, text, or assets in any form. Period.
No claiming to be official. You cannot imply that your merch is official or endorsed by us. You must clearly state that your product is unofficial fan-made merchandise.
No mass production or crowdfunding. This policy is designed for individual creators and small-scale runs. You cannot commercially mass-produce items, distribute them through major retail chains, or fund them via crowdfunding campaigns (like Kickstarter or Indiegogo).
